His studies of Divinity and Information Systems enable him to simplify the science of why we create the patterns we do – where they come from, and how to change them to amplify results. Ky has helped lead corporations to receiving recognition for “Top 100 Best Company to Work for in Texas, 2018 Inc. Magazine’s “Best Places to Work”, and earned himself the 2022 Premier Diversity Officer award.

Today, he works with organizations to inspire teams to give all the have (humility, authenticity, vulnerability, and encouragement).
