Hi! I’m Kylee Guenther, the CEO and Co-Founder of Pivot Materials, a social impact business that is disrupting the plastics industry with safer, stronger and more sustainable materials.
When I started my business, I had some serious issues with public speaking. I didn’t think I could do it but I knew if my business was going to be successful I had to get over that fear. I challenged myself to become a public speaker.
At the time, my goal wasn’t to be a good public speaker. Not even to be an okay one either. Just to get up there, do it and not pass out, fall off the stage or – Worst fear – Throw up in front of my audience.
Long story short – I DID IT!!! Fast forward 3 years later and I’ve learned and grown so much and I really enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with others on stage and in webinars.
