The Women For Confidence and Connection Retreat is designed to create an environment for women to reconnect with themselves, their dreams, and each other. Through workshops and experiences, the retreat creates a safe, supportive space for women to express themselves, nurture personal growth, and make meaningful connections. The retreat provides various activities and topics to explore, such as sound healing, meditation, empathic workshop, and more. The goal is to help participants find self-confidence, build meaningful relationships, and reconnect with their sense of purpose. In addition to the activities, group discussions will be on topics such as happiness, self-care, body image, and relationships. By the end of the retreat, participants will have gained new tools to prepare them for a more secure and connected future.
