Kristin Yates

I am a board certified Ob/Gyn physician in private practice. I have experienced the societal and professional pressures that so many women face, including balancing work and family, pursuing a career and trying to be perfect at everything. I am dedicated to helping women find satisfaction and fulfillment in their lives using mindfulness, visualization and metacognition. I am personable, genuine and vulnerable. I can easily relate to women in various stages of their lives and help them from where they are.
