Since 2011, Kim has dedicated herself to holistically healing beneath the root cause level, disrupting patterns that had her cycling in unhealed energy, and overcoming chronic childhood trauma while creating space for authentic inner peace during her new season of life - early menopause. This metamorphosis grew into a passion for igniting the pathway forward for other women to flourish as they fully navigate their lives beyond forty. If it helped Kim to create a solid foundation in which all aspects of her life have flourished emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, it can help you too. Your path may meander a different way, but the results will be amazing. Kim's coaching tools & practices are sagely rooted in profound transformation, and her mission is to inspire you to transform your life during the best season of life. These genuine experiences, blended with years of practical application and advanced certifications, have shaped how she mentors and teaches women 40+ how to unleash a more authentic version of themselves to live at their best emotionally, mentally & spiritually.
