Primarily focused on the ethical supply of unlicensed & hard-to-access medicines via Pre Approval Access, Expanded Access, Compassionate Use, Post-Trial Supply, Named Patient and International Pharmacy Programs. I can bring insight, analytics, and a deep understanding of the environment to clients and provide invaluable guidance on all aspects of company policy, governance, strategic planning, operational excellence, launch preparation, and the competitive landscape. Currently working in partnership with senior cross-functional teams right across the drug life cycle, from early development, through pivotal trials, FDA/EMA approvals, commercial launch plans, and market access in both major & "lower" priority markets.
