One thing is clear: human beings have a stress problem – and it is time to do something about it. There is a difference between ‘knowing how you feel’ and ‘changing how you feel,’ and changing how you experience stress is Kevin’s passion. This is why after more than a decade in the mental health field he chooses to offer Tension/Trauma Releasing Exercise (TRE), which is a global technique now in more than 100 countries, and he is happy to introduce it to you!

As a mental health therapist, Kevin Berceli has experience in elementary, secondary and post-secondary educational settings, the drug and alcohol field and the mental health field. He has spent more than 10 years as a mental health therapist and three years as the director of a residential psychiatric program for adults. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania, a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), a Certified Professional Hypnotist (CPH), a Certified Provider of Tension/Trauma Releasing Exercise (TRE) and a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
