All organizations - non-profit, for profit, public or private - want to be successful. The most successful organizations are also the most diverse. Diversity and inclusion are fundamental to my message. Diversity can only be accomplished in organizations when intersectionality is openly a part of the conversation. As a Certified Professional Coach, disability advocate, small business owner, disabled adult living with low vision, proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, writer, brother, uncle, and more - my lived experience, extensive training, and education combine in a deep understanding the complexities associated with developing a culture of inclusion. I am Inclusive Behaviors Inventory Certified to assess inclusive behavior and to provide others with the information necessary to create a more inclusive environment where equity can be built in an organization.
