Kelsey is a speaker with a goal of creating stability, promoting comfortable and open communication, as well as embracing inclusion and diversity.
Kelsey has the ability to make people feel as if they have always had great potential, and brings their fears to the surface to break those ties that constrict and hold people back. She uses her own past struggles of sadness, depression, weight issues and anxiety to relate, provide resources and teach triggers that have allowed her to live a life of contentment. She is interested and on a mission to help kids, teens and young adults understand that it is okay to feel weird, sad, depression, anxiety, etc., but it is more than okay to seek help and talk, which is what needs to happen. She is determined to instill this in adults, so they can understand symptoms in young people, attack before they're in deep and lessen the burden of mental health and it's epidemic in today's heightened anxiety society.
She helps people focus on their ability to make positive changes in their own lives, so they can influence, give back and make positive changes in other peoples lives.
