As a passionate and experienced Executive Coach, Career Coach, and MBTI® practitioner, I have spent over two decades empowering professionals, executives, and MBA students to gain clarity, discover their purpose, and achieve meaningful personal and professional growth. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting thousands of individuals in navigating their education and career journeys—work that continues to inspire and fulfill me every day.
My career journey is grounded in continuous learning and development, beginning with roles in Human Resources, Coaching, and Training at industry leaders such as General Electric (GE) and Ernst & Young (EY). This foundation has been enriched by my experience in small and medium enterprises (including founding three of my own companies) and 8 impactful years in the education sector with Melbourne Business School (MBS), University of Melbourne.
In 2017, I launched Diversitas, focusing on Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, and Myers-Briggs Personality Type Team Workshops. Through Diversitas, I have partnered with corporate clients across industries including FMCG, Education, Healthcare, and Energy & Renewables, delivering programs designed to drive transformation and growth.
Over the past four years, I have expanded into the Virtual Reality and Education Technology space, consulting on, designing, and delivering innovative Extended Reality (XR) programs for career development and wellbeing. These programs have reached hundreds of schools across Australia and are now making a global impact.
