At just 26, Keegan Glade is a dynamic young entrepreneur with significant roles in two fast-paced industries. He serves as the Business Manager at Stone Manor on 79th, a family-owned wedding and event venue located in the heart of downtown Overland Park, Kansas. Keegan is also a pricing analyst at Synergy Flavors, a global company owned by the Carbery Group that specializes in the manufacture and supply of flavorings, extracts, and essences.
Keegan's work at Stone Manor on 79th showcases his leadership and commitment to creating memorable events. The venue, a beautifully restored historic site, is housed in the Strang Line Car Barn, built in 1908. The space has been thoughtfully renovated, preserving its natural stone walls, wood-planked barrel-roof ceiling, and crystal chandeliers. As the Business Manager, Keegan has taken on the responsibility of overseeing the venue’s operations, including accounting, finance, and customer relationships. Since stepping into the role earlier this year, he has dedicated himself to providing couples with a stunning venue to celebrate their special occasions, ensuring that each event meets the highest standards of excellence. In March 2024, he and a colleague represented Stone Manor on 79th at the WedKC Spring/Winter trade show in Kansas City, helping to increase the venue’s exposure in the competitive wedding industry.
At Synergy Flavors, Keegan Glade started his career right after college in 2021 as a Business Development GDP Associate. He worked closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to develop and maintain strategic business relationships. His primary focus was to support sales efforts, identify new business opportunities, and drive profitability through the execution of three-year strategic plans. Keegan’s efforts resulted in over 12 new business opportunities with both new and existing customers, generating more than $15 million in revenue.
In 2022, he moved into a new role, further expanding his expertise in pricing strategy and analysis, where he has continued to contribute to Synergy's growth. Throughout his career, Keegan has demonstrated a strong ability to lead, innovate, and drive business success across both the event and flavor industries. His diverse skill set and entrepreneurial mindset continue to propel him toward further professional growth.
