Karla Medina

I am a passionate, Latina entrepreneur & renowned fitness guru who is highly respected for my no-nonsense innovative approach to business & life. I hold many local, national press, book publication and video production credits. I am also a 20-year retired Police Sergeant veteran of the Hartford Police Department and am currently a State of CT Training Officer. I have a B.S. in Business Management & Master’s Degree in Public Policy along with many other certifications & trainings. I am the owner & master trainer at Sudor Taino ® Group Fitness, a studio dedicated to enhancing people’s individual journey towards health, fitness & life. My spirit, mind, body approach contributes to my authentic style & allows me to move people individually, motivate them collectively & move them culturally. I am known for being a movement expert & an energetic motivational speaker for crowds as small as 5 people & as large as one-thousand. I have conducted workshops for people of all ages & sizes in all different types of settings. My training & experience in both the police, health & fitness realm make my approach completely unique. I am a heartfelt philanthropist, author and producer of the Divinely Fit Summit. I pursue life purposefully and passionately because I work for God.
