consultant. Achieving a PhD in Biotechnology at the age of twenty-five, Karla embarked on a

In 2012, Karla ventured into entrepreneurship, founding Your Empowerment Solutions (YES)

Institute, a thriving tutoring company renowned for its 100% pass rate in CSEC, CAPE, and IGCSE

examinations.
