We will explore how to regain and maintain balance and focus in our lives. We will confront our false images of Super Woman and discuss how our view of Super Woman might be limiting us from living our best lives now. Celebrating the holistic aspects of us as mothers, wives, sisters, friends and aunties we will equip ourselves with the tools to ensure that we can maintain a fierce personal identity even while we set out to be the superhero in our own lives. We will emerge with a more focused and positive vision for our self-identity knowing that we are more than enough. Join us during this session to learn how to celebrate the fearless version of ourselves while creating a more balanced existence within our everyday lives. We will highlight how we make sure our reality is even better than fiction.
