I am a management consultant, providing leadership and personal development services through group training workshops, individual coaching, and key-note speaking. I specifically work with corporate executives and small business owners in our coaching discipline.
Being uniquely equipped with knowledge that comes from a breadth of experiential learning during a successful career of 40 years, I provide practical guidance and motivation to get you started on your personal journey to being the best that you can be. Following a 10 year span of teaching college students, the next 30 years of my journey, pursuing a corporate career following my second graduate degree (Computer Science), were the most fulfilling and educational years of my professional life. I was enriched with a varied breadth of experiences working with large corporations as well as start-ups and non-profits. Working my way up through the ranks, I also had the opportunity to work with C-suite leadership, in a variety of industry verticals, including Telecommunications (working for the Bell System and few incumbents), Global Banking, Cyber-Security and Educational Assessment.
I feel extremely well-positioned to help small business owners due to my experience of extensive market analysis on owning and selecting a business, and having owned a franchise business myself. While running a women’s gym, I the opportunity to coach and motivate members with respect to their wellness objectives.
It is through my teaching and corporate leadership positions that I recognized two things – One, my passion, seasoned acumen and demonstrated success for people development and leadership coaching. Second, I recognized a significant need in this area. While most businesses are focused on customer service and delivery and balancing the budget; training is usually provided in areas of technology and other immediate product and delivery driven needs, leadership and personal development plans for leadership and staff both individually, and at the team level is most often deferred or overlooked.
We, at EMC, are passionate about helping people and organizations grow in areas of leadership, communications, career transition, teamwork, personal development, building morale, enhancing productivity. It is my goal to touch as many lives as I can to help them live realize their maximum potential and achieve performance excellence.
