Kait Richardson is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Licensed in the Florida. She is an expert all things food & nutrition and enjoys speaking to groups of all sizes and backgrounds about how to optimize their health with their diet. She currently works one-on-one with clients at a private practice Nutrition Awareness where she helps them make individualized and specific changes to their diet so they can achieve their goals. Many of the population Kait works with are looking to manage their weight, improve sports performance, heal their relationship with food, manage chronic diseases such as diabetes or digestive concerns, or optimize energy, productivity, and overall quality of life with good nutrition.

She is the co-host of The Nutrition Awareness Podcast, which can be found on Apple iTunes, Spotify, Google Play, or wherever Podcasts can be found.

She have been a guest speaker at for local events and organizations including Anytime Fitness, The Florida General Baptist Church Annual Convention, A Tribe Called Venus, Primus CrossFit, Higher Standards Yoga, and Nicole Macaron. She has been a guest speaker on 1520 WBWZ radio and several local podcasts.

The Busy Professional’s Guide to Meal Planning

We spend nearly half of our waking hours at work, so why not learn how to optimize our nutrition during the work week? Whether your audience is in the office or at home, Kait shares how to plan and prep for good nutrition before, during & work! Included in the presentations interactive quiz, handouts with meal and snack ideas, and an optional build-your-own trail mix bar!

Eating for Performance- Sports Nutrition

Tailored to the team and performance, Kait shares how to fuel before, during, and after workouts for the best sports performance. Topics covered include supplements, snacking, electrolytes, and meal planning around practices, games, and tournaments. Previous audiences include F45, Anytime Fitness, Spectrum Sports Performance, USA Down syndrome Swimming, and local swim and crew teams.

Women's Nutrition

Through the art of storytelling, Kait explores key aspects women's health and how proper nutrition can contribute to overall wellness, hormonal balance, and vitality. Topics include mindful eating, the consequences of restrictive eating, and building a balanced plate. An interactive and engaging presentation for women (and anyone who eats with women!)
