Justin Dye, Arizona education leader, began his career working for an after-school childcare program. He soon realized that he loved helping create winners in life. With this goal, he went on to get his teaching degree and become a second-grade teacher. In just three years as a teacher and title 1 coordinator at La Paloma Academy in Tucson, he earned a promotion to the school's vice principal. His experience here prepared him to be a principal.
