Juanita is a former Electrical Engineer and Georgia Tech graduate with a wealth of experience from General Motors and AT&T, where she led teams in Engineering, Operations, and Sales.

Today, she leverages these experiences to inspire thousands, delivering talks on Goal Setting, Communication, and Technology.

Organizations that have hired Juanita include LG, the CDC, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
