A Serial Entrepreneur Josh Sold his first company at 24, He has consulted for some of the biggest companies in the Silicon Slopes. His current entrepreneurial endeavor is DFRNT Media - that has garnered over +1,000,000 Views across all platforms for his clients' brands. He has produced 5 Podcasts in the Top 10% of Podcasts Globally with one peaking at Top 1% Globally.

Josh started Podcasting in 2016 with a show called "Always Advancing" and after 50 published episodes and very few downloads, he closed down that podcast. Fast forward a few years he started another Podcast called Adaptive Leaders and within 9 months he broke into the Top 10% of Podcasts worldwide and garnered over 100 Million Views. With this success, he wondered if he could duplicate this rapid growth for a client he was working with. He launched The Liberating Humanity Podcast and within 3 months it was in the Top 2% Podcasts worldwide with over 150 Million Views. Josh calls this strategy the Podfluential System.
