During law school, he focused on trial advocacy and trained with experienced criminal defense attorneys, including those at the Defender Association of Philadelphia. These experiences provided practical insight into investigations, case preparation, and courtroom strategy.
Before entering law school, Mr. Lento attended the United States Marine Corps Officer Candidates School. That experience reinforced responsibility, structure, and resilience. The standards he encountered there later influenced how he approached preparation, leadership, and decision-making throughout his legal career.
