Joseph Diele

I am a Consultant, Coach, and Trainer. I have more than 30 years of quality management experience, working in both large technology corporations and small technology startups. I am an influential leader with extensive background in the areas of quality management, continuous improvement, leadership development, and change management. Additionally, I have led operations, manufacturing, and product validation organizations.

I am the author of a book titled Sustainable Quality (Business Expert Press). The book explores why continuous improvement efforts often fizzle out and how culture and leadership are the key to making quality improvement sustainable.

My proven strengths include driving positive change, quality improvement and developing a culture that brings out the best in people.

I have been on the cutting edge of new methods and practices and have consistently raised the level of maturity in the organizations where I have worked. Throughout my career, I have been well-recognized for leading transformative change and building high performing teams. My interests include developing creative solutions for systemic problems, sustainable improvement and examining culture as it pertains to quality and operational performance. I have a B.S. in Information Systems and M.S. in Management, with an emphasis in leading change.
