No person is, or ever was, that different from any other. Most of us however, grow up and live, assuming that isn't the case. I grew up, like most, assuming that our humanity was our environmental identity. I had thoughts that all people were the same, but society showed me that "we aren't": we have different amounts of money and power, we live in different areas, we have different skin tones... the list goes on.
In my early 30's, I connected to the reality, once and for all, of how absurd and unfair this idea is. We are the same, just pretending we are not. Why would we do that? Who does it hurt? I found that I was doing this because I was never shown, so therefore scared to, confront or understand my actual humanity (my mentality). I dealt with my fears, desires, flaws and potential, therefore changing who I was as a human being. I also recognized that others hide in a social identity, unaware and/or careless of this humanity.
My goal is to help as many human beings as possible to recognize and deal with their mentality: the fears, the desires, the emotions, the thoughts, and the rest of it. This humanity and the fact that we can alter it, is more important to life and this planet than all else.
