He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business, followed by a Juris Doctor from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law in 2012.
Beyond his legal work, Campos is deeply committed to community impact and personal growth. Campos is the founder of The Philemon Foundation Inc., a nonprofit that provides free housing to graduate students facing extreme life challenges—similar to those he once experienced as an undocumented student in law school. His work has earned him numerous honors, including Maryland’s Leadership in Law Generation J.D. from The Daily Record, El Tiempo Latino’s 100 Most Influential People for the Hispanic Community, and The Rising Star award from Super Lawyers. He is a proud member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and several other legal associations.
