My Men's Mental Health Journey

In this presentation I will share my own personal vulnerabilities and story in my challenges with mental health and how multiple experiences and trainings through Neuroencoding, somatic work, personal growth and more enabled me to work through some of these challenges and how I inspire others.

My Grief Journey

In this presentation I will share how my suppressed and repressed grief blocked a lot of joy and potential in my life. Then how feeling it and releasing it made a significant impact on my life and how this may help others.
