I have now had the pleasure of being a part of two presentations from Mr. Darling and I want to tell that if you are looking for a speaker for your event to motivate, inspire and educate your team, Jonathan Darling is the man for you. I have seen two presentations which he put together to the different groups with regard to leadership and I have to tell you that I was beyond impressed with the quality of the presentations. In the first case, Jonathan was presenting to a group of business networkers on a Friday morning. Not exactly the easiest crowd to keep interested and to win over, but his presentation on leadership that morning not only did all of that, but it was much more. Almost every one of us was asking him questions and inquiring about having him speak given how much we all enjoyed and gained from the presentation. In my case, as chairman of Leadership Campbell County, I immediately decided to speak to him about presenting at the orientation of our 2019-20 class and he graciously offered to come up and speak, even though we had little or no budget to accommodate him as a non-profit organization. I have to tell you that as much as I was impressed the first time, the second blew me away. Not only did he have the class totally engaged, all of the board members were completely involved and everyone loved it. Again, with his presentation being the starting point for our meeting, I can't think him enough for setting the tone for the whole day. Everyone loved the presentation and truly felt that they could all take away key points for their day to day lives. He scored a perfect score on all evaluations from the day and definitely made our job easier in motivating and inspiring our new class of leaders from the very start. The message and methodology he uses in delivering it is exceptional and I truly can't see how any group wouldn't have a great deal to gain for spending an hour or so with Mr. Darling and learning from him.
