My ability to make connections and build trust has been crucial to my success as an educator and training facilitator. I engage students, parents, and professionals from all demographics to ensure that not only is the message received, but that there is understanding and a call to action. I have personally reached over 150,000 people through public speaking engagements, professional development, and educational workshops with the goal to change the lives of those in attendance for the better.
My background in law enforcement forced me to learn how to adapt and overcome in unexpected circumstances, and I now use that knowledge in order to connect with my audience. I am able to adjust material or presentations spontaneously in order to preserve the integrity of the material without compromising the effectiveness of the delivery.
I believe that training, coaching, and teaching should be interactive and engaging experiences, which is why I strive deliver the best.
