Growing up for anyone is a difficult adjustment from babyhood to childhood to teenagehood(Rough waters anyone?!) to adulthood. This is particularly noticeable in Joe J Rivera Alcaraz Cervantes. Even with his crazy long hispanic name!
He is fluent in Spanish and English. Why? Well, let me explain...
Being born of immigrants, with societal pressures to conform to the American way of life as well and torn to be either too much Americano or not enough, never quite balanced, makes any childhood rough.
Add that to the loopy craziness that are in all family structures and your own personal failings? Joe grew up cracked, broken, not feeling good enough. Because of this bundle of exquisite internal strife training, he had learned to elegantly and with sophistication completely mask, hide, keep secret and camouflage these cracked and broken feelings of negative self doubt and self worth!
He has lived through panic attacks, as well as depression, and anxiety throughout his life and become stronger thanks to these challenges. His wonderful wife of 25 years has been his inspiration as well as being an extraordinary survivor of his quirkiness as well!
He's has worked in the Tech sector for over 26 years, completed (too) many personal trainings and certifications in the Tech field, been the Lead for all Client end user and Administration trainings for that time period, for 20 years, volunteered in Construction for a religious organization, given over 500 volunteer Public Speeches, Volunteered in a Crisis Line Help Center, which included taking suicide prevention calls, a PADI Certified Scuba Diver, an avid hiker, a Trekker not a Trekkie as well as not afraid to be known as an SW fan, and loves naps.
He is the owner and director of the company Legendary Advisors LLC.

He has always loved to learn, though, his danger is learning for the sake of knowledge.
On this point, he has adopted a saying by Jim Rohn: "Let your learnings lead you not to knowledge. Let your learnings lead you to action!"
Finally, as we are all cracked and broken to some extent or another, even if we don't know it yet, the wonderful thing Joe has learned is that we all have amazing greatness and potential built into us.
Because, even cracked or broken mirrors can still reflect light and cracked or broken crayons can still color inspiring, astonishing and breathtaking pictures!
He wishes to continue to share in inspiration, be inspired as well as inspire with positive words and actions for the benefit of those around him.
