Bio

My passion is helping people realize their potential by providing the tools to personal and professional development and guiding them through their journey. I accomplish this through my role as a leadership development consultant and educator.

I have had some amazing experiences throughout my career working with individuals and organizations around the world in all types of industries- from start ups to large corporations. I now combine my own experiences with proven methods backed by research and practice to assist others.

In addition to a broader focus on leadership and organizational development, I am on the faculty of the USF Morsani College of Medicine where I focus on emotional intelligence and leadership development from a research and teaching perspective, as well as the Muma College of Business where I teach research methods and advise executives as students in the Doctor of Business Administration Program.

Emotionally Intelligent Leadership

Through this introductory workshop, participants are introduced to emotional intelligence and explore the what, why and how of emotionally intelligent leadership. Techniques are introduced for how to improve emotional intelligence through activities and reflections on topics such as self- awareness, self-management, empathy, conflict management, teamwork and personal development.
