Jo McRell

Jo McRell was one of our three keynote speakers at BrightSide, an employee comms and culture conference hosted by Workshop! Jo delivered the kind of keynote that stays with people. She named the shifts I think a lot of people are feeling in internal comms and gave leaders permission to release outdated narratives. Her message was simple and energizing: the future of work is already here, and how exciting that we get to help shape it! Jo doesn’t just talk about what’s next.
