Bio

For more than 25 years, Jimmy Hart has helped educators, business leaders, and services providers understand the power of community, relationship-based leadership, and the power of R.A.I. - Respect, Affirmation, Inclusion, and their role in strengthening climate and culture. His keynote presentations are engaging and interactive, tapping into his 31 years of working in education as a teacher, trainer, principal and district leader. Not to mention the many stories of students and raising kids that translated into serving as better leaders, communicators, and team members.
