Dr. Jessica is a self-intelligence coach, award-winning
international speaker, author and former dentist to oncology
patients. Her experience working with cancer patients, being
an education director, certified life coach and her own mental
health journey has allowed her to show hundreds of people
how to navigate impostor syndrome, perfectionism, burnout
and dark mental chatter.
She has given keynote speeches and presentations to
University of Toronto, Boston University, WNORTH, Key Media,
Women in Wealth Management, Alumni-e Network for Harvard
Women and Princess Margaret Cancer Centre among other
international organizations and companies. Her first book is
called: Speak Kindly, You're Listening and she hosts a podcast
with the same name sharing other incredible high-achiever's
stories.
