Jessi Kneeland

Jessi Kneeland (they/them) is a body neutrality coach, writer, and speaker dedicated to helping people overcome body image suffering. After working as a personal trainer for a decade in New York City, Jessi became an iPEC certified life coach and launched a private practice called Jessi Kneeland Coaching, centered around the meaningful work of self-acceptance. Their innovative approach to coaching allows them to partner with people individually and in groups to help them find acceptance, a strong sense of self-worth, and true confidence. Jessi created the 4 Body Image Avatars to help people navigate the confusing landscape of body image issues and devised the Body Neutrality Blueprint to guide someone through the exact steps needed to go from a place of body image suffering to body neutrality. Jessi’s book is called Body Neutral: A Revolutionary Guide to Overcoming Body Image Issues and was released by Penguin Life.
