My name is Jess and I am a speaker, author and a spirituality coach. I support beautiful women to deeply connect with their soul to embrace their spirituality and harness the power of their inner guidance system. My Story!

I thought I had created a pretty great life, I had travelled, I married the man of my dreams, I was blessed with beautiful children and I enjoyed my job. Externally, things were great! However, on the inside I was a crumbling. Years of people pleasing and always ‘being the good girl’ had finally taken its toll on me. I had morphed into someone I didn’t even know anymore!

Then one day I found myself struggling to even look at my reflection in the mirror! I was overweight, my eyebrows were a mess and my hair… well I couldn’t remember the last time I had it done! In amongst motherhood and being someones ‘other half’ I had completely lost me! Unbeknown to me; what was happening was that I was having an intimate conversation with my soul. It was gently calling me back to fulfil my soul purpose. I was being asked to embark on my spiritual adventure, hmmmm awakening ummmm spiritual breakdown - I’m still not sure how to define that one!

What happened was that I found myself asking myself ‘What am I here for’? ‘What is my soul purpose’? I didn’t want to accept that I was just here to change nappies and do laundry! I was desperate to feel a sense of worthiness, to be of service to others, to create time and financial abundance!

Long story, short - I took the leap - I gifted myself the time and energy to sit in the stillness, to reflect and to forge connections. Connections with my higher self, my spirit team and a higher power. And I discovered this real passion for helping incredible women like you!

My book Becoming a Butterfly tell the story of my spiritual journey - the heart ache, challenges and incredible adventures. From volunteering in Africa, to falling in love with a Masai warrior, to losing my beautiful mother in such tragic circumstances. Its truly an incredible story of how I had to come full circle in my own spiritual journey to learn who I truly was and to discover how I could be of service to others.

Today I’m a mother to 3 wild, energetic, strong willed children, a full time kinship carer to 2 incredibly resilient and wonderful girls, a Wife to my patient husband, Alex and I’m on this incredible personal journey of self love, acceptance and growth. I can now say after years of internal frustration and angst that I have finally discovered my passion and purpose for life - empowering women just like you to step into their power and live their best lives!
