Three years ago after working as a Mental Health Associate. I had the opportunity to encounter and listen to hundreds of people and there struggles from CEO's who owned business to lower income poverty strict individuals. I was lost for words, and I desperately wanted to find answers to what I was experiencing at that time. One day I started to notice how every person I encountered came from a negative experience which led them to have what we call a Mental episode. But I didn't understand at that time how powerful experiences are. I realized how it was those individuals negative experiences that lead to negative connections that created a negative desire to want to negatively express themselves in a negative way. Their stories always started and finished that order.
From that understanding, I created hypotheses on how Experiences create Connection that builds an inner Desire to carry out an Expression for a Goal that would come true."
All that was left was for me to do was put my theory to a test, so I created a plan that would do just that.
