I love to listen to stories. I love reading personal stories. As a raconteur, I love telling stories. My journey has been unique. It wasn't "Point A to Point B to get to Point C." And I definitely didn't fit the mold of whatever "traditional" means these days. But I wouldn't change the journey for anything.

I host a podcast and blog called This Disjointed Life. In addition, I am a Top Mentor on the Wisdom app. Through these mediums, I share my mental health journey with the world with an aim to inspire others to share theirs. I want to create a community free of stigma and full of hope.
