Rewrite Your Self-Doubt Soundtrack: Connected Leadership and Flourishing Teams

Organizations desperate to retain employees, increase engagement, manage change, and motivate individuals.
Leaders stand and ask, “Are we all on the same page?”

But between that question & the interpretations, rarely is everyone in the room in the same book, let alone the same page. Solving that problem starts with stories.

Although organizations often look to stories to improve communication, share their brands, and sell their products, they often overlook the most important aspect of storytelling — the internal story of every person.

Stories are the cornerstone of human understanding, and each individual’s internal story shapes far more than just how they interpret information. It’s the catalyst to everything — how they take action, create results, and lead people.

Reduce anxiety, boost joy, and improve performance by equipping leaders (and really every complex person in your organization) with the ability to change their internal story.

Build a Culture Where People Want to Stay: Personal Values and Culture to Team Values and Culture

Who do you agree with 100% of the time? Likely...no one. And yet, we come together to create amazing work in teams. We each bring personal values and personal culture to the team table. How to grow more aware of your personal culture and work through how to create a team culture that thrives.

How to Move the Match: Preventing Burnout so You Can Lead for the Long-Term

Without caring for your inner world, you will fail as a leader.

Because unless you have become a robot, you are a whole person. When wholeness is cracked, broken, or even shattered, leaders burn out themselves and their teams. And that costs everyone time and money. Get your guide to cultivating wholeness and wholeheartedness with simple practices that transform a dry desert of ineffective motions into a flourishing success… but not just for today.

These are the practices that will change your leadership from a firework that explodes to a sustainable leader who continues to achieve success year after year.

Ennea-What? The Personality Wisdom to Transform Your Life

The Enneagram is a powerful personality framework that digs deeper. It shows us the motivations behind our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. And those motivations show up in every meeting, every slack message, and every conversation. Learn the Enneagram framework, discover your core type, and begin the journey toward your best, truest, and most effective self.

The $668 Billion Opportunity: Conflict Resolution

Your success as a leader and your organization will rise and fall with your ability to manage conflict. Avoided conflict creates unhealthy and unproductive teams. And mismanaged conflict often strikes more harm than good. Mishandled conflict costs US businesses $668 billion a year (Yes. Billion.)

But it doesn’t have to be that way. Beginning with self-awareness and moving to the skills you need to manage conflict, you can equip yourself to do more than simply address conflict.

You can create peace.

From a recovering conflict avoider who used to moonwalk out of hard conversations, come learn with humor and stories how conflict can be your way to an engaged and flourishing team. (The real-life application of Jenn’s TEDx talk)

The Cross-Generational Jam: Turning Friction into Fusion

“Kids these days…” “Ok, Boomer.” At best, these snarky phrases are disrespectful. The bigger problem is generational differences are rooted in deeper fears that cause lack of productivity, high employee turnover, and general friction in the workplace.

Although this problem is common, it doesn’t have to be your experience. You can cultivate understanding among the various generations in your organization.

Learn the power of CLEAN communication to break down intergenerational barriers, transform miscommunication into opportunities for growth, and embrace the power of change as a leader.

With researched-backed communication and social skills, you can lead your organization through the friction of five generations working together to transform into a collaborative work environment.

Create a culture that freely shares ideas and creates shared meaning so you can do effective and powerful work (all with a side of laughter).

  • Jenn was a speaker in my business coaching program and absolutely blew it out of the park. She was so incredible and impactful for my students in helping them integrate the Enneagram with their business and truly understand their clients from a different perspective. Jenn was also a guest on my podcast and really taught the Enneagram in a way that was simple, understandable, and highly actionable. When this information is used powerfully it can truly change your life, and Jenn teaches it in a way that's not just "good to know" but easily applied! I couldn't recommend her more!
