Jeff Humphrey is an ultra endurance athlete, coach, and motivational speaker. Over the course of his life, Jeff has accomplished remarkable feats, including losing over 200lbs twice and running back-to-back marathons while still weighing nearly 300lbs. Prior to embarking on his career in coaching/endurance sports, Jeff pursued music for the last decade. While he enjoyed his time and lessons learned as a musician, he realized that it was not a sustainable lifestyle for him.
