As a human resources executive, I have had the distinct honor to work on the "people side" of the business. As a consultant, I work primarily off of referrals, meaning that my customers must be happy enough to recommend me to their colleagues. These referrals are the highest compliment of my work.

It takes stamina, guts, and sometimes blood, sweat, and tears (ok not literally blood, but sweat and tears may be necessary) to have breakthrough moments in organizations and individuals.
