Rise to the Challenge: How Being Resourceful Can Help You Overcome Any Obstacle

Improve and learn to harness your own resourcefulness to become successful and live a happy life

- Do you know who you want to be or what to achieve?
- Do you want to live a happy and successful life?
- How can you get there?
Society often makes us believe that without being rich or graduating from an elite university, we cannot become successful or happy in this world. However, learning from successful self-made millionaires and billionaires and checking research findings, I have realized that this is not true as it is closely connected to the skill of your own resourcefulness. Let me share real life examples from Hugh Hilton, Adam Coffey, JT Foxx, Stedham Graham, Katie Kay and others. Everyone can become successful!
Therefore, in this interactive speech, we will discover how you can harness your own currently existing resources and learn the skill of resourcefulness to get to the next level.

Navigating Cultures: Communication in a Culturally Diverse Workplace

Many people often think or say that:
o My culture is best. Who cares about other cultures?
o If I feel anxious in a new culture that means something is wrong with me.
o I don’t have time to build relationships, and relationships don’t matter anyway.
o I already know all there is to know about my culture.
o I can just read a book or look up culture on the web.

Do you recognize yourself here?

Miscommunication at workplace reduces efficiency, trust, affects productivity, limits innovation, and “costs business between $4,000 and $6,000 per employee each year.“
Join an interactive training including theoretical methodologies, hands-on use cases from workplaces, discussion, and roleplays to improve your cultural awareness, overcome misunderstandings and avoid pitfalls when working in your global team.

Empathy also boosts business creativity and is the #1 rule for new product innovation success according to Nielsen’s analysis. To sum up, "Empathy is the most important leadership skill according to research" as written in Forbes and therefore worth exploring.

Mental Fitness to Unlock Your Full Potential

>Your mind is your friend, but it can also be your worst enemy. Positive Intelligence measure your relative strength of these two modes of your mind. Having a high Positive Intelligence quotient (PQ) means your mind acts as your friend far more than as your enemy. It's an indicator of the control you have over your own mind and how well it acts in your best interest.

>If you’re physically fit, you can climb steep hills without physical stress. If you’re mentally fit, you can handle life’s great challenges without mental stress or other negative emotions. You’ll be happier and perform better. 80% of people score below the min. level of mental fitness required for peak performance and happiness.

>Goal of the workshop/ speech:
1) Create self-awareness of your biggest two saboteurs and in when your mind sabotages you in daily business or life.
2) Learn first techniques to slowly change your reactions in those sabotaging situations by strengthening your mental fitness & inner sage.
