My career spans leading a rocket design team for deep space vehicle for Mars missions, NASA’s Space Shuttle and International Space Station programs. Aerospace program leadership, and senior roles in the global cruise industry, giving me rare insight into what it takes to deliver results in complex, high-stakes environments.
As the recipient of prestigious honors—including the Space Flight Awareness Award (Space Shuttle Program and International Space Station Program), the Golden Torch Award for Alumni Technologist of the Year from the National Society of Black Engineers, Aerospace Technologist of the Year, and the SWE Rising Star—I’ve built a legacy of breaking barriers, including being the first Black female Console Lead at NASA’s Mission Control Center.
