James DuBose is a veteran television producer, filmmaker, and digital media executive who has spent his career at the intersection of storytelling, innovation, and cultural empowerment. Known for building content that inspires, educates, uplifts, and entertains Black audiences, DuBose is the founder of In The Black Network — an AVOD streaming platform created to amplify Black voices and celebrate unapologetic Black pride.
Prior to launching his own network, DuBose served as General Manager and Head of Programming at FOX SOUL, where he oversaw record-breaking growth and developed signature content tailored to the Black community. He has executive-produced dozens of culturally significant, ratings-driven series including Dish Nation, WAGS Atlanta (E!), Comic View, Hell Date, and fan favorites like Keyshia Cole: The Way It Is, Monica: Still Standing, Tiny & Toya, and The Michael Vick Project.
