I took charge of my health to reverse it all. I have been there, done that.

I have taken my BS Nutrition to a whole new level to evolve into a conditions specific nutrition & lifestyle coach using dietary protocols, target foods, nutritionals, & botanicals to return the body to a healing state reversing all health conditions.

As my life purpose, I am now on a mission to share this with the world. Speaking is the best way for me to get information out. In my previous speaking engagements, I have averaged around 40 people, 10 different topics for groups at fitness center, rotary club, garden clubs, & looking for more visibility.
