Capable of reaching our goals and dreams

I focus my message on team motivation with the intention of inspiring people. I speak of the importance of teamwork, management of change, how to achieve our goals, failure management, and commitment to business and personal projects, self management, leadership and goal achievement. I also speak of the importance of values in the company: will, effort, commitment, discipline, sacrifice, trust, passion and above all the enormous importance of attitude in personal and professional life situations.
Through my personal experience and overcoming obstacles and sports challenges I channel my experience of more than 25 years with different responsibilities in different multinationals (in Spain and England), managing teams and leading projects.
I think it is important to give a positive, optimistic and motivating message to different work teams of different companies and I believe in the transformation of companies through the transformation of human being.
