Jackeline Johnson is the CEO and Founder of InDemand Career Solutions L.LC. She specializes in Executive and Leadership Training and Coaching; Individual and Team Leadership Development, and Facilitation.

Jackeline partners with organizations and individuals to provide training solutions that help them to attain their professional goals. Jackeline has served over a decade working in leadership and management roles both in the military and civilian sectors, so she speaks from experience. Jackeline is passionate about the human-to-human connection between coaching and training. She is committed to the growth and success of her clients and having a positive impact. As a decorated Army veteran, Jackeline is well versed in Military Transitions, resume writing, interviewing skills, and networking on LinkedIn. As a wife, and mother her mission is to help her clients be more successful and happier, using the quickest, most efficient path possible. Her clients experience amazing improvements in their productivity, time management, leadership skills, goal attainment, and work/life balance.

Jackeline holds a Master’s in Management and Leadership, and a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management.
