Isis Monteverde is a life coach and wellness professional who was born in St Ives, Cornwall, and currently lives in Bali. She has been working as a life coach for the past 20 years and has received training in yoga, meditation and mindfulness.
Before beginning her career as a life coach, Isis was a yoga educator. She completed her yoga training while traveling in Indonesia in her 20s. Her love of travelling took her to Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia and Singapore before she settled in Bali, inspired by the Balinese way of life.
Balinese philosophy, led by the three pillars of Tri Hita Karana and the principle of harmony, continues to influence Isis's thinking and her work as a life coach. Just as she found a sense of belonging in Bali, life coaching also encourages her clients to embrace the notions of peace, harmony and belonging to carry them throughout their own lives. Through life coaching, Isis also helps others to truly understand themselves and supports them in developing happier, more meaningful ways of living.
In addition to her work as a life coach, Isis is a committed vegetarian and loves exploring new recipes inspired by her travels. She continues to practice yoga today, as well as Pilates, Tai Chi and body strength training. As a wellness professional, she has a deep interest in health and fitness, and nutrition is extremely important to her too.
