Dr. Inna Lukyanovsky, PharmD is a Doctor of Pharmacy, an expert in gut and hormone health and Crohn’s patient in full remission. Through many years of practice with IBD clients, she found an effective way to heal through functional medicine which addresses the root cause of the illness. She’s a founder of a coaching/consulting practice, Real Health Solutions where she focuses on helping people balancing hormones naturally, get their nutrition right, reduce inflammatory symptoms, repair immune system and get more energy. She is a creator of Digestive Reset program that helped numerous clients virtually and in person. She lives with her husband and three sons in Marlboro, New Jersey.
