Knowing Me, Knowing You

Behavioral research shows that 75% of the population is significantly different than you. This means three of four people in your professional and personal lives complete projects, make decisions, deal with conflict, and communicate differently than you.

In this experiential and entertaining session you will learn to work and communicate better with others by identifying your default behavioral style (Knowing Me) and the styles of those around you (Knowing You). We will end with best practices for adapting to those around you.

Own Your Voice

When women lead and use their voice, everyone gains. At times, however, women's voices aren’t being heard. We equivocate, apologize, or hold back altogether. With the right tools and support every woman can truly own her voice - in the boardroom and beyond.

In this keynote women - and those who champion them - learn somatic, cognitive and emotional strategies to project confidence and own the room.

Cultivate Executive Presence

Executive Presence is a key component of leadership effectiveness, yet what does Executive Presence really mean? And how does one obtain it? “Cultivate Executive Presence” is a high impact keynote that defines the term as the ability to: connect with internal and external audiences; command physical presence; and compel stakeholders to act. Audience members will learn how to:

Connect with all audiences by understanding their stakeholders and demonstrating greater flexibility and impact when building rapport and communicating.

Command presence using effective body language. Webinar attendees will learn best practices and exercises they can practice after the webinar to improve their ability to command a room.

Compel others using clear and persuasive messages. During this section attendees will learn a simple, powerful technique for crafting concise, audience-focused recommendations and updates.

Working Well with Others

In our fast-paced business world who has time to deal with challenging team dynamics? The reality is our work requires us to collaborate and communicate in a multi-disciplinary environment. “Working Well with Others” is an interactive, skill-development keynote that provides insights and tools for understanding and adapting to team members.

Friction among teams often stems from individuals seeing the world from their own perspective. In order to work harmoniously, team members need to become aware of and respect their co-workers' communication style, work preferences and workplace values.

To increase harmony on cross-functional teams audience members will learn to:

• Recognize the wide variety of communication styles, values and motivations seen in the workplace.
• Identify their own and others’ communication style, values and motivations.
• Adapt their own style, values and motivations to make a more compatible working experience.

Perfect Your (Everyday) Pitch

Have you been on the receiving end of a pitch where someone waxes on about how great they are? Or perhaps they drill down to the depth of details? Or their delivery feels schmaltzy, lacking all authenticity? No one likes being sold to. And let's face it, almost all interactions selling or persuasion.

In this keynote you will hear the stories of successful pitches and learn how to turn everyday interaction into mutually beneficial, authentic and persuasive conversations. Audience members leave with pragmatic tools for authentically pitching in every aspect of their life.
