Holly Caputo, has had an an enduring career in the entertainment industry, spanning over 4 decades and focusing in the model and talent arena. A successful Model and Talent agent of 10 years, and former owner of Emerge Talent Agency, Holly Caputo followed her love for the business and opened, The Star Movement (TSM) in 2013. A Model and Talent development company based on Holly’s love and passion for the industry to help actors, models, dancers and singers, learn the business, become technically sound, have the right materials & branding, and then be in “The Right Place at The Right Time.” TSM concentrates on creating the quickest, and most direct path to becoming a “working professional.” Holly believes that these are successful tools for any business.
“Life is an audition,” and no matter the type of business, or just one’s personal life. Being able to walk into a room and command it with one’s presence and vocal ability is everything. Know your “audience” and always know where your finish line is! Her biggest goal is to give people “life tools” so that they can go far in whatever they choose to pursue.
