This presentation offers a high-level introduction to the concepts of information architecture and interaction design. I allude to the world of architecture and the parallels between the architecture and UX as well as offering lots of examples of micro-interactions and how they can make the whole experience a better one. The main takeaway is that no matter how good the architecture of a site, botch the small interactions and you will turn away customers.
