Heather’s mission is to awaken the highest version of one’s self through cultivating acceptance around, and shifting perceptions about mental illness. Connecting through contagious vulnerability and lighthearted humor, she empowers and inspires individuals desiring to live life on purpose.

Mental health does not discriminate. It affects all genders, races, ages and cultures. Yet, the sigma placed around it creates a separation and barrier to accessing health and healing services.

Heather is committed to breaking this barrier and laying the groundwork for our youth by undoing cultural and societal programming that says that mental health is something to be ashamed of or hidden. By challenging the story, and embracing the truth of mental health, we will break the cycle and heal the culture for future generations.
